One tool to heal your mindset is to change how you talk to yourself and how you think. If you say “I will try to change”, your mind says ok.  It tries and tries and tries.  It never succeeds because you told it to try.

I know this sounds silly but your subconscious, which controls the majority of your actions, doesn’t know the difference between reality and what you tell it.  If you say “I am succeeding at ‘x'”, your mind will work to close the loop on the success of ‘x’.

Learning a new way to talk to your subconscious is key.  Winning takes finding out the hidden agendas buried in your subconscious.
