We all joke about “that” employee but it is for real and can cause a small company havoc.

We may even be joking about it because we know that we might have been that employee someplace we worked in our past.  One bad apple – well, you know what I am talking about, don’t you?

Are employees the bane of your existence. If you are a small business owner, your company can die by you making one bad hire.

One bad boss can make your whole staff miserable.  You remember, that psychopath/sociopath/crazy person you hired who was perfect until their 91st day on the job.
